The Vertex Outstanding Contributor Award Program (VOCAP) acknowledgesÌýemployees who demonstrate our core values and make a positive impact onÌýourÌýculture. After the close of each year, employees are also eligible to be nominated forÌýone of twoÌýultimateÌýVOCAP awards,Ìýone of which wasÌýrecently renamed theÌýLeiden Impact award,Ìýfor our former CEO and currentÌýExecutive Chairman, Jeff Leiden. TheseÌýawardsÌýrecognize significant contributions above and beyond our core company values. Ìý
